The Process

1) You contact us for quote and logistics
The first thing you need to do is to contact us so that we can begin to plan for your seminar or conference (please don’t call us the day before your event because we need at least a few weeks to prepare your logistics.)

2) Someone video records the speakers at your show.
This someone can you be you (we’ll advise you on how to record it as clear, clean, and professional as possible) but from our expereince the final product’s quality is heavily based upon the quality of the audio and video recorded.

This recording is crucial!

We always recommend you use a professional for this reason. If you don’t have someone supplied at your event centre you can easily use us! We’ve been shooting video professionally for many years and our high-end professional video equipment is completely HD and Digital. We cost the same as anyone else in the local Edmonton market, except we’re well versed in the process.

3) You collect the PowerPoint Slides from your presenters.
Since this is your event it’s up to you to contact them to gain their approval of being videotaped, and to receive their PowerPoints for use within your Interactivity.

4) We design your interface, layout, and Art Work
The first thing our team works on is your CD-ROM/WEBSITE layout and design. Because we’re working with a pre-programmed FLASH Shell we can’t deviate too much, but we CAN offer many designs and concepts.

During this time we’ll be emailing you some designs and looks for your approval. We need this established before we start embedding your Video and PowerPoints.

Often we’ll base these designs upon your current event Marketing Media (handouts, brochures, etc.)

5) We capture and compress your video and PowerPoint Slides
We’ve been doing this for years using our very own programed FLASH Interactivity Shell, which works on CD-ROM and Online.

This process takes time but is VERY effective as a final product.

6) We provide you with an Beta for review and changes
Once we’ve synchronized the video and PowerPoints within our FLASH interface we provide you with a full working version for review. Its during this time that you’ll be able to watch the entire show, checking for chapter titles, graphic layout, etc.

Once your changes/suggestions are given back to our team we can finalize your MASTER CD-ROM.
